CMS Clubs
Christiansburg Middle School offers a variety of clubs and organizations that provide students with opportunities to explore interests, develop leadership skills, serve others, and connect with their school community.
Clubs are generally open to all students and allow participants to pursue interests outside the regular school day. Whether focused on academics, service, the arts, technology, or special interests, clubs provide opportunities for students to learn new skills, build friendships, and become more engaged in school life.
Organizations may require an application, invitation, election, audition, academic qualifications, or other selection criteria for membership. These groups provide students with opportunities to demonstrate leadership, achievement, service, and commitment while representing CMS within the school and community.
Participation in clubs and organizations helps students build confidence, responsibility, teamwork, and a sense of belonging. As representatives of CMS, students are expected to demonstrate respectful behavior, take responsibility for their actions, and show determination in all aspects of participation. Membership and participation are privileges that carry the expectation of positive citizenship and adherence to school expectations.
We encourage all students to become involved and take advantage of the many opportunities available to learn, lead, serve, and grow at CMS.
