Welcome to the 2026–2027 school year at Christiansburg Middle School!

As I begin my second year as principal of CMS, I am excited to continue the important work of supporting our students, staff, and families. Last year was filled with learning, growth, and many accomplishments, and I am grateful for the strong partnerships that helped make those successes possible.

I am fortunate to work alongside an outstanding administrative team. Assistant Principal Dr. Meagan Goad and Assistant Principal Mr. Joe Caldwell bring a wealth of experience, dedication, and passion for students. Together, we are committed to creating a school environment where students feel safe, supported, challenged, and connected. We believe that every student deserves opportunities to grow academically, socially, and emotionally, and we work each day to ensure CMS is a place where all students can thrive.

We want every student to embrace challenges, celebrate progress, and continue developing the skills needed for success in school and beyond. Whether in the classroom, on the stage, on the athletic field, or through service to others, we encourage students to take ownership of their learning and strive to be their very best.
